Perisic to Undergo Medical Ahead of PSV Move

Ivan Perisic, the former Tottenham Hotspur winger, is reportedly set to join PSV Eindhoven on a free transfer.

The Croatian international, who left Tottenham in 2021, has been without a club since his contract with Inter Milan expired at the end of last season.

According to Fabrizio Romano, a respected transfer expert, Perisic is expected to undergo a medical with PSV on Tuesday before completing his move to the Dutch club.

The 33-year-old winger, known for his pace, dribbling ability, and versatility, made 35 appearances for Tottenham during his two seasons at the club.

He scored six goals and provided nine assists for Spurs, but struggled to establish himself as a regular starter under former manager Jose Mourinho.

Perisic, who has 119 caps for Croatia, has a wealth of experience at both club and international level.

He has won league titles in Germany, Italy, and Croatia, and was a key member of the Croatian team that reached the final of the 2018 World Cup.

PSV, who finished second in the Eredivisie last season, will be hoping that Perisic can add some much-needed quality and experience to their squad.

The Dutch club are looking to challenge Ajax for the league title next season, and Perisic's arrival would be a significant boost to their hopes.
